Welcome to LVX Labs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any LVX Labs tool (Static QR, Dynamic QR, or associated services), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Description of Services

LVX Labs provides:

Static QR Generator: A free, client-side tool for generating QR codes.
Dynamic QR Studio: A paid subscription service that allows you to create and manage dynamic QR codes with editable target URLs, analytics, and customizable styles.

3. Account and Subscription

Access to Dynamic QR requires registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Free accounts have limitations on the number of permanent QR codes (2) and may use demo QR codes that expire after 1 hour. Pro accounts unlock unlimited QR codes, advanced analytics, and customization features.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
Circumvent security measures or disrupt the service.
Generate QR codes that redirect to deceptive or harmful websites.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your account without refund.

5. Demo QR Codes

Free-tier users can create unlimited number of demo QR codes that become inactive after 1 hour. Demo codes are automatically marked as expired and will not redirect. This allows you to test the service before upgrading.

6. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. You may cancel at any time, but no prorated refunds will be given for partial periods.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but services are provided "as is". We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVX Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard announcement.
